Pilates Classes
Mindful Movement that brings you strength, mobility, balance and co-ordination - deepening your understanding of how you are moving
your body, tuning into what your body is telling you and learning to have 2 way conversation between you and your body, in which you are
tuning into your weaknesses to strengthen your overall flexibility and resilience.


Format of Classes
Our Classes run in 6 week blocks - this gives all participants, whether you are new to Pilates, new to Seona's Pilates Classes or a regular,
a chance to learn all the exercises in the routine, hone your skills become efficient and proficient in them, so we grow in
confidence and skill as a class.

If you'd like to try a taster session then you can book your Taster Sessions online and we will let you know when the next one starts
If you would like to join us online we can arrange for you to have a zoom link for the live classes.
