This 6 week Discovery Course aims to reignite your relationship with yourself. We are capable of so much but often we lose the connection to self because feeling is too hard.
As you travel through your life you curate your personality - you have an inherent soul this is your base layer, your true self, your home within your body. Travelling through our childhood, adolescence, 20's all through the journey we have the experiences we have and the people who shape us create layers over our soul to keep us safe, to keep us moving to keep us different versions of ourselves to who we need to be to the different people and places in our lives as we grow.
As we travel through our lives building more and more layers of compromise and reinvention crowd who we are - to the point that we can no longer connect with that soul part of you. You lose your ability to feel your body and the subtlety of communication between your mind/subconscious and your body - so much so we become a point and shoot version of ourselves - that is to say we make our bodies do our will, to just push forwards regardless of the consequences, we will exhaust some element of us spiritual, emotional, physical or nutritional because we are out of balance - but everyday we feel like we are succeeding because we just keep pushing. With that pushing comes a breaking point, illness, break down, masking, use of depressants or stimulants to keep going - and a loss of trusting your body, when actually it is us who has let our body down.
In this short introductory course we explore how to connect with the soul version of ourselves, how to feel what we are avoiding adn with teh love of a caring group in sharing our lives and experiences come together to help each other find the balance that is needed to take steps closer to soul or home within our body's.
